For motor coach operators whose drivers will be using the (optional) Schedule 3 daily vehicle inspection criteria, this form is for certified technicians to fill out and place in the coach at least once every 12,000 km or 30 days (whichever comes first).

This is a carbonless (NCR paper) two-part form with 31 sets per book.
It includes a page with instructions for technicians

Prices:

Members:  $2.75 each (plus applicable taxes)

Non-members:    $3.80 each (plus applicable taxes)

Note: Motor coach drivers with a valid Schedule 4 Report on-board are able to conduct their daily inspection using Schedule 3 instead of the general bus Schedule 2. Schedule 3 daily inspections exempt the driver from having to inspect under-vehicle components such as frame, suspension and brake adjustment.

Schedule 4 Expiry “Reminder” Decals

Save your drivers and maintenance staff time and avoid violations by using these handy vinyl decals to clearly show when the current Schedule 4 (Under-Vehicle Inspection Report) expires. Technicians can simply record the expiration date / mileage and place the decal anywhere inside the coach for easy reference. Instead of having to dig out the Report itself to check the expiry, a quick glance at the decal is all that’s required.

Each decal is about half the size of a business card and have a special adhesive that allows easy removal without leaving a messy residue.

Note: Decals can only be ordered in conjunction with orders for Schedule 4 (Under-Vehicle Inspection) Reports. Decals cannot be ordered separately.
